The reasons I have stopped reporting cheaters.

1. It doesn't do anything.
2. Lichess doesn't care, they are extremely dismissive and condescending towards anyone who believes cheating is a big problem in online chess. (Can't emphasize that enough, they don't care, free site excuse).
3. I don't care anymore about the condition of this site, and I'm not gonna waste my time trying to convince them to get rid of cheaters.
You seem very frustrated and disillusioned to me, so I suggest you look for another chess platform that immediately blocks accounts if you report them.

It's a kind of weird statement if we consider that in the last 4 months you reported 3 players and 2 of these got banned.

In your entire career on Lichess you reported for cheating 11 accounts and 5 got banned. I would say you're above average but can't expect to be right every single time.
