Any tips on this game?

I think you played quite solid until move 24. Nb3 is clearly a mistake as it relieves the tension on your f3 pawn, leaving your rook free to shift to the h file. I think 22... g5 was an excellent preparatory move for this plan, to prevent black from responding ...h5 by g5, forcing the h file open.
So here what I can calculate: 24... Rh7 25. Nd2 h5 26.Nxf3 hxg4+ 27.Kg2 gxf3+ 27.Kxf3 Nd4+ and black is a piece up.
or 24... Rh7 25.Rxe2 may be white's best chance but you'd still have a significant advantage.

In order to see this you had to recognize white's precarious king position, and therefore find the plan to open up the h file.
Just saw a crazier variation, which might be wrong, to try to force checkmate:
24...h5 25.gxh5 g4 26.Nc1 Rh7 27.Nxe2 Rxh5+ 28.Kg1 Kg7 29.Nc3? Rah8 and Rh1# to follow
Instead I think 29.Rfa1 Rah8 30.Kf1 Rh1+ 31.Ng1 R8h2 and Rg2 to follow, winning back the piece but the game continues.
