3-Fold repetition not being claimed automatically

In my settings, I have claim 3-fold repetition when time is below 30 seconds.

In the following game I had below 30 seconds at around the 30 move mark. 3-fold repetition was NOT being claimed automatically. My opponent was trying to flag, me and I saw the "Claim draw" button appear briefly then disappear a few times.
