Filter for avoiding players playing their first games?

Could you add a filter to block players that are still in their trial rating period? I tend to play against players of all ratings, but it's somewhat annoying to play against 1500 (brand new) players that are actually much stronger. Not the biggest deal in the world, but I figure it's probably an easy thing to add.
It's already built into the rating system and it's called rating volatility.
I tend to abort games against opponents that have played less then 100 games. They only seem to accept my challenges to grind their way up, so :D... I would love such a filter!
It seems they have found a flaw in the system, where you can make a new account, in order to reach higher ratings. But they cannot sustain higher ratings for much longer. After a while, that person will drop low in the ratings, because of lack of real skill-set to be in that position.

I reiterate what chess240 said. If you lose to them, you lose points. Oh no. You get them back. And you will lose less than a solid 1500 because of the volatility being factored. They will gain a lot of points, sure, but they will lose them faster as well. It's how the system works. If you were allowed to filter out new players, no one would play new players. So who would they play?
