Is there a way, using Lichess settings or insights, to know if there is a time of the day when I perform better than usual?
If not, I think that would be a cool and useful feature.

FWIW, a similar suggestion was made about a week ago:
lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/suggestion-insights-by-time-of-day-do-i-lose-more-when-its-late-at-nightDidn't seem to gain much traction. But I'm still holding out hope for my suggestion of adding phases of the moon, sunspot activity, and gamma-ray bursts as well.
You can always note your own time you play and see how many you loss during that time period. It's just good old fashion score keeping, like any other games. No need of software, to score keep.

It gets worse as you lack more sleep.
The graph is showing, it's getting worse over time.
If you are looking for more in the score keeping, you will have to add more columns to your excel sheet.
