Can anyone give me advice

So the recent few weeks i started to get really serious about chess again. Started to read Nimzowitsch and other theory books. So in this game at move 16. Kxe2+ the analysis says, it was a mistake to not take with my bishop. But the move i've made allowed me to check with the rook again, thus maintaining pressure on my opponent. So i don't see why taking with the bishop was the better option.

overall a pretty solid game against a weaker opponent.

You take the bishop so that you can fork the rooks later with Nc2. you can check the analysis itself to see why a move is better etc...
