how long is wait time?

i'm adressing both wait times:

quick pairing: i estimate about 2 seconds. if which color you play alternates(i mean like white, white, black, white, and not white x 10000000000000000), might be longer, because of how much people play 2 colors at a time.

but, what about, when your opponent disconects? for me it is 75 seconds until i can call draw or claim win, but does it vary for everyone?

pls help because sometimes when i am losing my opponent disconnects and after one minute they come back when i 5 seconds i coulda claimed win :P

Disconnect time aka dc time
Is based on time control x time control give a certain amount of time for the whole game meaning if a 5min gives 2min(not real numbers) then you have 2min at the start but of you dc for 30secs you have 1m30sec for the rest of the game
