Language voting system

What's the purpose of a voting system for translation. If you have to vote for translations you have to read through them and in this way do the work one more time. Then there is no meaning that someone already has translated it.

A better system would be if someone browse it only briefly to see that it looks ok. If people then see flaws in it on the site they can correct.

Previously Thibault had to read through all contributions, and verify that they were decent before accepting them. Which is hard when you don't speak all the languages. Voting by native speakers could more easily help keep up the quality and fend off troll attempts.

Ok, I understand! But better a voting system where you vote about the whole contribution then after reading it briefly. If you need to vote at every single sentence it's like you have to do the translation job again.
