banned: even if opponent abort the game!

Actually,if we abort 4-5 games continuosly then we get banned around 30 mins,but if opponent aborts the game,we are not responsible for getting banned.

You won't get a game timeout if your opponent aborts, only if you do it yourself.

Sometimes a game begins and the opponent does not "appear" at all. After waiting for some time , I am obliged to abort the game. Who is considered responsible for this?

Last I looked, it's the player who hasn't moved that gets blamed regardless who aborts after 75 seconds. It's only within 15 seconds that the one who aborts gets blamed.

So we have to wait 75 seconds (usually I am not so patient lol).
