What you can do :

You can ask to one of the leaders to create tournaments
and you can challenge any online member.

What you have to do :

Do not cheat or receive assistance in games (from a chess computer, book, database or another person)
Be nice and courteous to all other players, always
Don't do bad things or break any laws of Lichess
Enjoy the Team!
