Aso is a legend @bravoecho he has played more games than almost anyone on lichess, always polite, always a good sport. It's a sad loss for lichess that he is not here, I don't know if he was banned or if he closed his acc, but if he was banned, it was a bad mistake that they need to fix.

@RubbleChess Why can't you remove flags on lichess once you add them?

@SavageAntarctican you can. If you go to your profile settings, in the country section if you go to the top of the list of countries, you can select the blank one. Then it won't show that you have a country flag.

Afaik mods don't usually close accounts, so I'd assume it was his decision. Well, it's possible to reopen a closed account, so let's hope he has a glorious comeback.

@RubbleChess I mean if he was flagged incorrectly, he'd have been forced to start a new account. Maybe if you could remove flags after someone is proven not guilty, that person wouldn't have to restart their entire account's progress... (by making a new account).

Because if false positives have such harsh penailties, that's not good...
