I play a lot of correspondance games (not much time to play live as often as I would like) and I find VERY annoying those 1500? unrated players / new accounts who abort a game as soon as it started. I accept to play against beginners, no problem (I'm grateful to any player better than me than accept to play against me, that's how we progress)
But this behaviour is more and more frequent.
I think some players don't understand that they can/should filter the elo rate scale when they create a game offer ; and some of them simply abort if they find you have a too much high elo ; or for any other reason...?
As it's important to accept challenges from new accounts / beginners, I don't see any magic solution. But that's really a pain in the ass.
At least, would it be possible to automatically fire those aborted games from our games db?
