What's more valuable rook or bishop?

very difficult
bishops have pointy hats with a mouth, which is worth 46.3 points
but on the other hand rooks can kingside
I know that rooks can touch all colors and can kingside , but i use so many strategies that i use that come into play with bishops that i personally find that rooks are only more useful at end game.but who cares what i say i have not played that many games ( about 250)in my entier life. so i may be wrong
Rooks have nobbly bits on them and I always make "whoosh" noises when I move them around the board, so I like the rook.
Is there even a contest?

First and foremost, one rook can cover the whole board. A bishop covers just half the board.

You can mate with just one rook. You cannot mate with one bishop -- and mating with two bishops is very advanced.

The only thing holding rooks back is how their starting position usually means you keep at least one until the endgame. But play a few games of 960 and you will really get a taste of how powerful rooks are compared to bishops.

Of course, the original question is a bit daft. I think we've moved on to bishop vs knight now, and whooshing noises.
