(Bug?) Pairing message remains on screen, blocking game

Searching Google for "lichess blog app" I was amused to see results returned in this order:

Hello, I am sure someone from the lichess team would look into this problem.

But, if the problem persists, then you can open lichess on phone from Google Chrome. The Google Chrome lichess runs without any glitches or bugs, and you can play on it until the issue is resolved.

The simplest way to include it here is to make it a gif file and then upload it to media giphy and then you will receive a link to it. You can copy that link and paste it into the text box below

Thanks for reporting the issue, this seem to be same bug as reported here: github.com/lichess-org/lichobile/issues/2307.

We are in the midst of rewriting our mobile app from scratch (see lichess.org/blog/Y2Z47hEAAGUB7i7A/lichess-recruits-full-time-mobile-developer for more details), so bug fix of the old apps are unfortunately stalled for the moment.

I can only advise to use the website (for which you can make a shortcut in your homepage) in the meantime, which is fully mobile-compatible.
