Is it forced though? There's no point in giving a win if a player can only win if the opponent helps them out by playing the worst moves possible, and that generally doesn't happen.
It's worth noting that Internet chess is not bound by the rules of FIDE. I may be amiss, but I can't think of a single chess server that would rule in the manner that you're asking for.
