Is it possible to add a triple-click option to the way the figures move? Once on the figure, the second and third time on the cell? Sometimes, on adrenaline, I miss and lose the game. Need double-click to confirm move.

This would be a bad idea.
It would break with all conventions of how chess is played online. Also, your brain will adjust to the new clicking pattern and make those clicks automatically, so you didn't gain anything.
Learn to slow down and be more conscious about it, or activate the move confirmation. But no matter what you do, there will always be a few wrongly entered moves.

Move confirmation works great for me. It's like pressing the clock.
